Howdy, and welcome. We have but recently arrived here after a recent excursion into the furthest reaches of the net. (Something I do from time to time.) After several years of posting music on the net, it is hard to project the often seen sales pitch for how great our music is. In 1969 when I started, I put myself to sleep many nights fantasizing all the possibilties of attaining 'Rock Star' status. Of course even though in 1969 the competition was less, but steeper and deeper, it was only about 4 or 5 years away from total control, and substantial dilution by the music industry. I am no fan of the industry, it's 'standards', hierarchy, and control over artists works and lives.

As a musician and artist for over 35 years, I cannot stress the importance of the recent developments in technology over the past decade and a half. This medium, the internet, is the most potentially liberating tool ever introduced into the human experience since...well we all have differing opinions. The fact is that the moment is in our hands, and all should be warned that the powers that be do not like the word "free" unless it is quite well twisted to meet their own agenda.

Our music is very opinionated. Our style has been associated with many different groups, so I really can only say that we are different in a way that might sound slightly familiar to some.

Though we would love to make a living by doing that which we love so much, alas that dream is more alive and real in the imagination and mind of musicians than the rest of the freaking world, so it's either let 'em have it for free ('cause it's ultimately about the music, not the money) or hold out for some slim chance of material success.

And so our relationship with this online community begins.
Peace

Pretty In Pink

A work in progress. Going for a certain sound, in honor of a favorite old band of mine. Let me know if I got anywhere near the mark.

Own Way

Many old fans have always been after me to do some acoustic, reminiscent of days gone by. So this is for them. And you of course. Me and Jo did this. It's a live recording

Now Here It Is

Don't confuse us with Christianity, or any other religion for that matter. Just because they hold fractured images of the Truth, does not make it so.
